Return Policy
1.1 Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a return. To be eligible for a return, certain conditions must be met.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with no damaged seals.
1.3 If you have used or partially used the product, it cannot be returned.
1.4 Due to food safety issues, we do not support exchanges.
1.5 All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item, must be in new and unused condition, and must also be without any packaging damage. The item must be unopened, not exposed to water, and free of any stains or other defects that could affect resale. After the item is returned to our designated warehouse and inspected for compliance with these terms, we will refund your money, deducting any shipping and tax charges.
1.6 A single product can only be returned once per person, per household. Use of a product after stating it is unsatisfactory and attempting to return the product a second time will not be honored.** This allows us to continue to offer this generous guarantee and prevent fraudulent returns.

Hard strips: The substance may form hard strips due to sticky natural ingredients like steamed Rehmannia root.
After opening (powder/hard strips): Both forms are sticky, and may become stickier in hot or humid conditions, or when touched with bare hands.
Note: Hard strips and sticky powder are expected and normal.
Refund Policy
2.1 Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it. All sales are final.
2.2 If you open and use the product, due to food safety concerns, no refunds can be made.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item and process your refund request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days, or we may use a new method (such as bank transfer).
3.2 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

4.1 If you need to return an item, please obtain our consent. If you meet the return conditions, you can first contact us, and we can provide you with other warehouse return addresses, such as those in the USA and Canada.
4.2 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping costs for the return/the shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
4.3 Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged or returned product to reach us may vary.
